Yes, I'm still on last weeks! I have a full grid, have highlighted the primes (14 of them?) (Does it mean highlight the whole clue or just the cell with the prime number in it?) But now I am completely stuck - how do I read diagonally to find the "prime example"?
Any help out there please?

You need to highlight all the primes (just the cell with the prime number in it). There are more than 14. Every prime number between 1 and 169.
