All the time! I probably get an hour when feel ok.

The look of food and thought of food makes me wretch.
I didn't eat much yesterday at all (the worst day of feeling rough so far). Bit worried about the lack of grub.

Any ideas or tips out there?

Thank you :o)

Eat whatever you want and went you want.
have a biscuit and a drink by the bed and eat them before you get up or move from bed in morning.
Ginger biscuits, mints, boiled sweets can all help
also try sea sickness bands from the chemist, the work on pressure points on wrist and many claim they help.
What are you like with drinks?

I got sick the whole way through my first pregnancy....it wasn't pleasant. Luckily I didn't actually feel sick. Just got sick when I ate. I could hold drinks down okay. Lost quite a lot of weight...but had a perfectly healthy 7lb 14oz baby girl.

Who just got engaged yesterday :-)
