You have to have performed a miracle, or lived a particularly good and God-filled life, and then wait for the Church to debate and discuss your beatification - that takes a few hundred years, so don't hold your breath!

Sainthood can also be achieved by performing the absolutely impossible; - haven't like a dozen of them killed dragons or something? Perhaps a good start would be to finish a jar of Marmite, or train a fish to fetch a stick.

Look after my two kids for a day. Patience doesn't begin to describe the fortitude you'd require. I'd pronounce you St.Shelley no problem (it's been a long weekend!!!).
