i've got me funny foot again!
It's so tender and sore in the swollen places - (front of ankle, top of foot and 2nd and 3rd toe.
It comes and goes quite frequently now, but this time it's lasted for a couple of days.
To touch it feels like there's a bruise, but there isn't one.
Any ideas?
PS I'm a worrier you see as my mum has had thrombosis in her leg :{

Have you had it checked out? My feet do that with my arthritis. Go all hot, swollen, red and I get bruise marks and such over them.

Have you injured it at all or have anything like diabetes?
Just read back over your previous question and noticed about your shoulder. Did that get sorted? If you're getting recurring pain and inflammation in more than once place then definitely get it checked out.
It's NOT thrombosis.

Try keeping off red wine, red meat and sardines for a couple of weeks. If it gets better there is a chance it might be gout.

i don't eat/drink any of those, atlanta.
My mum has gout quite often, and i think it's because of her kidney failure - the uric acid in her blood?
