My 40 year old son has recently moved back in with me. His bedroom is quite pongy although he showers and changes his clothes daily and his bedding weekly. I have I think traced it to his pillows - he sweats profusely at night although the radiator in his room is turned off and he sleeps with his window open. I wonder if there are any special pillows for this or maybe pillow liners that could be changed weekly?

You can get pillow protectors that are the same material as mattress protectors. I got mine from M&S.
My son tends to be the same, so I just through his pillow into the washing machine and do the same with his duvet - it's just a lightweight 3.5 tog anyway.

Thank you all for your answers. I looked at the chillow but think £27 is a lot and smiled at the thought that i was buying my son a pillow recommended for menopausal hot flushes!! However I think i shall buy protectors and new washable pillows and hope for the best. Thanks again for taking the trouble xx
