I am hoping that someone is going to be able to help.

I have an i-phone 3, which crasjed on me the other day, i have had to reboot it from the computer and lost EVERYTHING. I hadn't backed it up, as i haven't got a computer ( this is on my work computer, which doesn't allow itunes) - stupid mistake i know, as everyone keeps tellling me.

Anyway my question is.... How do i get all the music back that i have paid for, or have i lost that too. When i go to order something i have already brought it does state 'would you like to purchase it again by ordering this pre-prder?' Does that mean that i wouldn't be paying for it again, or are the songs stored somewhere.

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Basically yes, just follow the prompts in the iTunes browser/media player.

There will be a record of all purchases you have made via your account so you will not be charged again for them.
you have not lost your music, it will be still bought in your name, it wont rebill you, how have you managed with updates without access to itunes on a pc?

you could try an internet cafe, but remember to log out afterwards
the internet cafe was to sync your phone btw, im sure it probably *needs* an update, this could be whats causing it to crash
your iphone should back up automatically have you been to restore
it doesn't allow itunes ??
sorry just read your "work "comp
