The question posted is the question. It is a riddle and it is solved by lining up the two sentences (gaps included) and zig-zagging between to make another sentence. Unfortunately, the person who designed the riddle made it harder because he can't spell and has put rogue letters in, but the rough translation is: The anwser to this riddle is obvious hence the answer.
