Its at home and its one of those company's that offer a free hidden amplifier that fits in the ear.

I know he will try to flog me a proper hearing aid but I can get them on the NHS for free.

It will be interesting to see if it is really free?

Will let you know how I get on.

Could a allergic reaction to eating shellfish manifest itself as as intense itching on back, chest, and arms?

64, but actually some of the ones with loud voices I could hear nothing whatever; with the water (or whatever it was) I could hear them all. So an 'average' figure isn't really much use.

any hearing would be good for me. I haven't been in a pub for 20 years as I can't hear a thing with all the background talking/jukebox playing/gang shootouts etc. Not a problem against steady noise like water, but my directional hearing's no good; I can't pick one voice out from others. I think 64 is a pretty high reading for me.
