Google the following: pitcairn islands embassy

This is from the Foreign & Commonwealth Ofice website:

Pitcairn Island is a British Overseas Territory. There is no formal British diplomatic or consular representation.

All visitors to Pitcairn must obtain a "licence to land and reside" from the Pitcairn Islands Office in Auckland before travelling.

No - it only has a population of about 40 people, so it is far too small to sustain one. For purposes of international diplomacy and politics, it would be represented by New Zealand.
