Also the Progress supply ship has left the ISS and should be visible at 9 26 in front of the spacestation. There is a second sighting at 11 03pm but only 1 minute for both.

sorry dido yes - the ISS is one bright light - no twinkling or winking or sound, just a straight rapid track across the sky.
