Error message when I run Clone DVD 4, how do I fix it?

When I try to run Clone DVD 4 a message box pops up saying OS: Workstation, No Service Pack CPU: GenuineIntel, Intel Pentium III, MMX@ 2090 MHz, what is the problem and can anyone tell me how to fix it or where I can download a repair.

It seems like your copy of Windows - XP? - is out of date. If it is XP, you will probably need to install Service Pack 2, which you should have done by now anyway as a lot of software doesn't run unless it's installed.

I have Windows 7 installed on my laptop and the message appears on this, can I download anything to make Clone DVD4 work.
