Does the Special K diet work?
They say you should eat a bowl of Special K cereal in the morning,
a bowl of Special K cereal for lunch
and a healthy dinner,
you are supposed to drop 1 dress size in 2 weeks?
will it work?

I suspect if you restrict the calorie intake you'll shink. Matters little how you do so.
same thing would happen if you had a healthy low calorie brekkie and lunch plus a healthy dinner -and increased your exercise. Why have I got a sneaking suspicion the diet you mentioned is recommended by Kellog!
Where is the daily quota of protein and healthy fats meant to fit? All in the last meal?
A friend of mine tried it and it didn't half 'bung her up' ...if you know what I mean. She had to stop before the 2 weeks were up and didn't lose much weight.
I'd give it a miss and just do what everyone says to do. Eat less and move around more.
If I could just eat a bowl of cereal for lunch, a small healthy lunch (eg jacket potato or salad) and a healthy dinner with no snacks, fizzy drinks, alcohol etc for two weeks then I'm sure I'd lose weight.
I just don't have the will power, which is really all you need.
