I i applyed to the courts to ask my ex husband to compleat his form e finanal disclosure But he did not put it into the court by the due date what happens next or what can i do to make him do his form E

If this is still ongoing, you may be able to apply to the courts to have the court bailiffs serve the forms to him. Thereafter he could be found in contempt of court for failing to complete and return the form.

I stress this is purely from brief personal experience - I'm not a legal expert!
