Does anyone experience extreme pain in the arm when using an automatic blood pressure monitor?

No. Not extreme. But then I tolerate pain quite well cos I'm not a man, I've given birth twice, had haemorrhoids and a dental abscess..... ;-)
No,but it can be uncomfortable for a few seconds because of the pressure building up.
yes and it takes a while up to about 5 mins to wear off... problem often comes when I follow someone else as the automatic machines tighten to approx 15 above the previous reading I always get the slot after the person with a BP in the 200's of course the person after me gets it easy as unless I am really stressed my systolic rarely goes over 120
I hate having this done, it doesn't hurt me but the pressure feels really awful
I certainly feel a lot of pressure but never painful.
