Would appreciate any help on this last one I have an answer but cannot see a connection.
It is the name of a place in England.
Baronet is not off (no numbers given) My answer is Barton ?

I'd go for Barton, it's a place on the Humber (and probably elsewhere too).
Traditional abbreviation of Baronet is Bart + not off = on - Barton.

Thanks boxtops, my hesitation was because all the other answers have royalty or aristocracy within the name eg. Queen Camel.
