Symantec/norton security won't finally uninstall completely. I have loads of Spuninst files left after the uninstall are thes safe to delete as a search for all and any file containing 'norton security chucked them all up?

Be very careful .. spun... could be system update files.
You sound like you don't know what you're doing .. unfortunately.

Use Norton Removal tool from Support page.
