Am not sure if this is the right place to ask this so please excuse if its not. I have seen many ads online offering a free website, theres so many and i dont have a clue which one to go for, any recommendations? please.

Yes there are many offers of a FREE website. But usually you have to register/open an account. Also once created you will of course have to pay for the website to be hosted. So forget the 'Free' offer.

yeh i expected hosting fees, it was more the best one for help setting up etc if anyone has/does use any.

you will have to pay for help in setting up a website. If it's for a business, a professional looking website will be much better than a crap one, obviously. it's false economy to try and do it yourself if the results are rubbish
