I have my big interview tomorrow and I'm wondering what to say about my current boss. She hasn't done too much over the past few years and I have taken on a lot of her duties otherwise they just wouldn't have been done. I want to let the interviewers (who are also her bosses) know how much work I have been doing to show them what I'm capable of, but I don't want to come across as some arrogant so and so who thinks she can do a better job than the boss. Is it bad form to slate your current boss at an interview and if so, how can I put across what I want to say without appearing to criticise her?

I think it went ok - I didn't turn into a quivering wreck anyway :) I can never tell with these things and they have another 3 days of interviews to go so I'll just need to wait and see.
So I can't uncross anything just yet?! ; )
Glad it went ok xx
karen, you cannot criticise you current boss in any way!........big no no!.....you have to be very careful here!.....you can outlinr the duties you have undertaken, but never, ever criticise your current boss!.....would cetainly be frowned upon!......you'd look too confident and arrogant.........be careful what you say!............and good luck with it!........
Don't worry, they knew who they wanted for the job even before the interviews.
hopkirk may have a point here!.........but they can always change their minds!........
Bit behind the times welsh. It was today! Good luck Karen, hope you get the job.
