I just ordered something from amazon.com and it now says the order has shipped. I live in the UK. So does that mean it has arrived in the UK, or just that its on its way?

It means your item was already dispatched. If you ordered from Amazon US, you should received in 6-8 days after placing your order.

Have you tried the order tracking feature - perhaps it doesn't work for goods coming from USA, though?
