Hi

I've been trying to trace family that may have gone to Australia. I've heard about the '£10 Pom' deal and come across websites that you can pay to view the passange list. I've found several names of the person I'm searching for onboard but if I want to look further you have to register and pay

Has anyone done this or is it a waste of money?

is that on the ancestry web site?
I guess you mean the lists in the Austrlain archives, It's going to be worthwhile if you have no other way of doing the research, have you tried going through lists of researchers in Oz who would be familiar with the archives and might be better value for money?
