this is not about me...

but reading some stuff online an knowing from past experience how people have set ideas about how things should be done and most totally believe that their way is normal, correct and how everyone does it ...so when someone doesn't adhere they are shocked...

so just wanted to to see your view on these -

toilet LID - not seat - to me that just gets left up...but to some its weird to not close it after use...and makes some angry

and dishes in sink - i always put them on the side of the sink as i hate it when the sink gets clogged up with dirty dishes an food and cannot be used for anything else - even sometimes you cannot even fill glass or kettle properly...to me it makes sense to put to the side untill you actually intend to wash them

what do you think?

to you what is 'normal and correct'?

Were you born in a barn JJ? ;)
I'm a good room mate in my opinion. If I make a mess I clean it up. I like the bathroom clean so I clean it but my bedroom floor usually looks like a collage. I don't smoke around people that don't so I go outside if its an issue.

I don't think wanted the door closed in the room you're in is OCD. I think if you check all the doors in the house while counting them it might be considered OCD.
kazza ... i think you have to do that with a sort of yorkshire accent ...

"Were't born in t' barn lass?"

=0)
But my mum has always said that to me and she's only ever been to York on holiday once :)

you only really need to soak normal dishes for a few minutes before washing though...they very rarely actually need to be soaked...all that does is leaves a foody greasy 'soup' in the sink that you have to put your hands in and also coats everything in a slick...

i just put them in the water and leave for a couple of minutes and its as easy as if theyd been in water
