I would imagine most birds of prey aren't for sale, many british species are endangered and only traded by zoos/specialists for specific purposes.  I suppose a Golden Eagle would rank pretty high though, it's the rarest bird of prey in the british isles i believe.
The white tailed sea eagle is the rarest British raptor. Saw them on Mull this year. However, as regards owning a bird of prey- I am not sure what the rules are in the UK. Once saw barn owls for sale in a pet-shop and was not too chuffed with that so phoned the RSPB and as long as its captive bred and ringed immediately it can be sold. I personally birds of prey belong in the wild but if you want to know more I would speak to a reputable falconry centre.
I own barn owls but i worked with birds of prey and did a falconry course, why do you want to know prices, are you planning on owning a bird of prey? They take alot of time and commitment and you need to know what your doing.
the brahminy kite is the most epensive bird of prey to buy in england. they originate from places like bornio. over in these countries they are wide spread and are a peast in the main towns and cities. they are scavengers, they would steal food from between peoples lips and 'eat on the wing' so that there rival friends would not steal their food off of them. in our country there are one or two of these birds which have been captivly breed. one of which was at fritton lake country world falconry centre not so long ago but has been moved to linconshir. these birds are not ideal pets as they are very teritorial and need plenty of exercise a day to keep them in toop physical condition. perhaps think about an indian scops owl or a little owl to start with as these are easy to look after and their talons are not so sharp as too harm a member of your family.
