I think i may hav to be buying the bottle sauce i dont think the main ingredient is readily available in uk! :0(

It's hard to get the right chilis, but you may be lucky in Asian grocers, Wing Yip, etc. or you could buy the bottled stuff, this to me is the best brand - Mcillhenny
