Anyone have a treadmill that they've mechanically adjusted? I just fitted a new tread roller which works fine but the tread keeps wandering to the left side......I feel that it's to do with the tension adjusters (one each side) Please help- much appreciated. Thanks

I deducted that Trimeresurus -but not easy to judge tension by guesswork.....
Just a thought, Matheous, I don't think it is the actual tension that matters, I believe it's because the rollers are not parallel.
If the belt goes to the left try adjusting the left hand side of the free roller away from the motorised (or top) roller. Try a bit at a time and the belt should gradually works it's way to the right (and centre).

Update is I got it! Being methodic & logical about turning the adjusters by equal amounts eg., starting at "12o'clock" turn once to where you started and so on. Still slightly difficult though to find your neutral 'baseline' before commencement.
