Is this stamp a good idea or somewhat an insensitive design?

Perhaps it would be a good idea to introduce such a design to the standard British stamps?

Maybe we could have one half representing 1st class postage, with the other half as 2nd class, and them both together representing a 'Large Stamp'?

I smell a belated April fools joke.
Irrespective of the design of the stamp, I think that the residents of Niue (which is where that stamp comes from) would strongly object to it being referred to as 'New Zealand'. It's the world's smallest self-governing community, and fiercely independent!
If it is genuine - then it is insensitive - but I also suspect an AF approach here.
This story was around weeks ago, in Niue anyway, so it's not an April Fool. Niue is self-governing, but NZ does a lot of stuff for it, rather in the way France handles foreign affairs etc for Monaco, and it seems this includes designing stamps. In spite of the self-interested comments from the Stanley Gibbons wallah, stamps are produced primarily for the convenience of people sending mail, not for collectors, but it looks as though this will have more appeal than usual to people with stamp books. I don't expect any heads to roll at all.
hahahaha! not sure about a good idea but i can understand why they done it
