From what I know about Mediaseek they are a P2P scam site ( as most are) you may have been asked to dowload their software to allow you to access files on the site. This will invariably not work. If you paid to register with this site I would give up any prospect of getting your money back. It is a sad fact that P2P sites are there to use you and not to help you. It's always safer to bite the bullet and pay for what you want
