Sorry if I am in the wrong place it's just that I don't know were to place it.

I have lots of knitting needles so it's time I paired them off to their rightful partner, is there some kind of knitting gadget out there or do you know of a good tip to do this please

Thank you inadvance

Most of my needles are numbered I just wanted to pair them off, I think i will put tiny bands round them for now.

Boxy and jno - latest fashion among the young kids around here is to wear odd socks so you should be successful in your venture if you ever get it off the ground.
I don't get this .Surely if you have knitting needles they have a number on the end unless they are dpns .So if you are knitting something on say a 4mm needle you would obviously use two of the same ?
Why do you need a band to tell you they're a pair ? It tells you on the ends what size they are and if they don't you can buy a gauge .
You would hardly knIt something using odd numbered needles.
Some of the numbers on mine have worn off with age, so they might be difficult to pair off if this is the case.
Or do you think the Op is looking for a case to keep them in ?
You can buy a sort of fold up thing to keep the pairs separate.I have one of these .It's just a thing made out of material with slots for the needles . You put them in , fold it round and tie it up
