i vary the time of day when i take mine and always keep a note of time, date and reading so i can check back over the weeks to compare. i check mine about twice a week, sometimes more, sometimes less, haven't done it for about a fortnight.

oops, I should have said 'no notice' Anne ;-)
I bought mine from Lloyd's about 3 years ago, will my surgery calibrate it?
Question Author
I will let someone in the know answer this trt ;-0
Bobbi it depends which nurse I see as to what my B.P should be, for a year nurse "B" told me that as long as the top no' is 100+my age and the bottom no' was under 100 I was fine.
On my last visit nurse"J" said "Oh your bottom no' is 84 and it should be 80 so I will up you pills".
I said "No way" and left.
So make sure you find what the correct reading is for you.

didn't want to do a fao sqad but I hope you see this.
I have monitored my BP over the last 3 days and I am delighted with the readings of 124/75 at nearly each reading, thanks so much for your very kind, and imo, expert advice
Bobbi
LOL LOL no "fao sqad" should be avoided at ALL costs.

Continue 3 times a day for another 10days and report back....( but not fao sqad)
Question Author
I certainly will sqad, thank you x
