I bought a baguette and it was so hard that the knife slipped and I sliced my thumb open. Not only was it quite painful but it made reading my paper at lunch noticebly more difficult. I will also mention in my complaint that they had run out of the CD I wanted so I had nothing to cheer myself up following my affliction. How much do you reckon I'll get?

I think I'll also sue my bosses for proving Sugar knives that can't cut through bread.

Anyone else I should add to the list?

I'm not allergic to plasters, but he didn't know that did he. His irresponsible attitude shoud be punished.
milly I feel that I must point out to you 1 or 2 inconsistencies in your tale of woe, you will get nowhere sueing anybody because
1. Sugar knives are only supplied for cutting Sugar
2. Baguettes that are contaminated with your blood are a danger to the general public in that in the vicinity of your or anyone elses blood people by law should be wearing face masks & plastic gloves (article 50000063 of the european technical practice code, bilateral section)
AB have to take some responsibility, email the ED.
