Anyone tried this recipe?

I've never ever eaten brownies as I didn't like the look of them. However, a colleague recently brought some into work and they didn't look that bad. I tried one and instantly fell in love! I was informed that it was Nigella's recipe and was just wondering if anyone else had used this one and whether it was easy to follow/successful?

My favourite local restaurant serves warm brownie with ice cream and when you cut into the brownie, liquid chocolate oozes out. How do they get it like that?
