"Confirm that I am company director and audited accounts form my limited company for last financial year, Unique TAX ID (I'm not self employed but apparently still I need to have it"
You are working in Full time basis. You must have received wage slips providing your Unique tax code. This is also in your p45 or p60.But if you have submitted all necessary evidence for your application to take the normal steps probably the council feel you are not entitled to any of the above benefits. Those that are entitled to housing benefits in some special circumstances are those that live on job seekers allowance which is the minimum the law says you need to live in every week. Are you or your partner receiving any benefits such as tax credits, independent adult benefit, special grant, maintenance loan or any other ? In addition, if you are the owner of the property and if you are in full time employment you are probably not ulikely to be entitled to housing benefits as you have income from employment.
Your partner is on full time education and her income should not be taken into account in mitigating this circumstances. If you feel you are entitled, visit cab or any other independent agency.
I cant be more specifi because your post lack in key answers and i cant acess whether if you are entitled or not.
