I've taken 9ac - Stella drunk in Rock could get you this (8, three words) to be "All at sea" giving 4dn - Second cartload following rejected (5) "OTHE?". The only word that seems to fit is other. Is this right and could I have an explanation please. Also 24dn - Students below, look up in group of trees (5) ?LNUS - I can see the NUS but is it Alnus or Olnus - I found alnus but can't see how "AL" covers look up. Help please. Thanks.

OLnus - Ol is reverse of LO - look.
Except Olnus doesn't exist!
Same reasoning AL is reverse of LA, obsolete for behold, look.
Fother is a cartload. Remove f (following) leaves you other.
I disagree mike, I think it is ALNUS a group of trees.

LA (alternative to LO) < up + NUS (students)
I did correct myself in my second post.
Yes sorry mike. I was (slowly) posting my comment and it appeared after your correction.
