Hi guys,
I remember in my youth in the North East of Scotland, we used to have Braddies, not a Bridie which was different. They were like a large wide flat sausage roll. Do you know if they are still made? I cannot find anything about them on line, or where or if I can buy them.

yesyou can still buy braddies here in the north east lovely. almost every baker makes them.

jock1953 also butteries remember them very popular in the north east.

Oh yes. Butteries, Scotch Pies, Stovies. I loved them all. I think my visit will have to be brought forward!!
