Not a hairdressers.. but there was a shop in Chichester called 'Knobs and Knockers'.. many moons ago whilst I was a student...

Fenwick's of Newcastle had a basement department called Knobs and Knockers. I use to crease myself every time I passed it. Obviously the senior management didn't get down to the basement very often.
