Hello, I managed to put concentrated washing up liquid in my dishwasher and it now keeps foaming up uncontrollably, even though i have scooped out the lather many times. Does anyone have any idea of anything i can put in the dishwasher to neutralise the suds?? cheers!

Don't know whether it will work, but my mum used to swear by ordinary hand soap to get rid of the lather in the single tub washing machine, and I have used the same method for getting rid of suds in the sink after washing up.

Make a solution of the soap in a bowl or jug of water and add to the dishwasher and then run it empty.

You can but try it out!
Vinegar might also work
Ordinary hand soap gets rid of bubble bath bubbles.
Talc will get rid of foam but don't clog the machine up.
table salt!
salty water doesn't foam up
this answer is out of my own experience, if you put washing up liquid in the dishwasher and it bubbles and suds up all over the place, put some fabric softener into the bottom of the dishwasher and let it continue to run. Works a treat! =)

Hand soap doesn't work for this, I tried it and it only adds to the bubbles. Apparently hand soap works for excess suds caused by too much rinse aid (haven't tested this) but it definitely does not work with washing up liquid.
