i have just purchased the Norton 360 V4 and followed the instructions to download it from the website.

I automatically downloaded the 30day trial and did not ask me to enter the product key.

I now cant find anywhere in it where i have the option to activate the years worth i have just paid for..........

Can anyone help?

Wait until the trial runs out and it will ask you.
It may also ask you if you do a manual Live Update.
This happened to me the other day when I installed it for a friend.

I did eventually find the place to enter your key but cant remember exactly where as I dont have the laptop here any more.

I think it was the option where it says "buy Norton" (or words to that effect).

When you start that option it then says "do you already have a code" or words to that effect and you enter it there.

I did that and it entered the year on top of the 30 day trial.
I had that as well when I renewed my Norton Internet Security.
I contacted the Norton site and eventually found a FAQ that said I should click on the 'Renew' button on the first screen. This asked for the product key and after I had entered it things were OK after that.
Maybe 360 does something similar.
IF you wait until the trial runs out before entering the code you'll get a month extra for free though :)

If you read my append, you see it adds the year to the end of the 30 days trial anyway.
