Bombay Sapphire, not your talkin Crafty baby
I prefer Bombay Sapphire to Gordons but it is more expensive. A lot of people say that Tanqueray is the best gin.
Lemon or lime craft?
The nurse I work for often talks about having gin when she gets home so am assuming it's her drink so thought I'd get her some of that rather than the bottle of vino I'll get the others for christmas... Thank you craft, I'll have a look for bombay saphire :c) (We're not close enough for the really expensive stuff damnit! ;0)
Lime every time....

lol mike, I was not really concentrating. Grabbed the first thing beginning with "C" out of the spices and only as I shook a load in realised what I had done. I was having a "bladdered brunette" moment.
Apparently Asda and Sainsburys have Bombay at £18 a litre which is a very good price.
Tanqueray is very disappointing IMO. The best is Beefeater, full 40% and a lot cheaper than Bombay Sapphire (grossly overrated IMO, you pay for the blue bottle and the picture of the Old Queen). I know what I'm talking about; 40 years of practical research has gone into this.
Deffo craft. Do you take a piece of lime and rub it round the rim of your glass? I was taught to do that by a landlord friend of mine.

OMG!!!! It IS Deal or No Deal on now. I wonder if my loos need cleaning.......
"Grabbed the first thing beginning with "C".

Glad I wasn't with you at the time!!!
I bow to Mike's superior knowledge as I am not a dedicated gin drinker........I'm also partial to a drop of single malt.
"Do you take a piece of lime and rub it round the rim of your glass? "
Eh? (Oops, didn't see the GL for a moment). Please ignore.
That might sting a bit.
Why has my mouth suddenly puckered.....
Crikey, I thought I was organised, but arranging your herbs & spices in alphabetical order is bordering on madness, BM.
