Cracking night -she made me laugh so much -gave me thoughtful gifts which brought a tear to a glass eye.
Bet every Mum/Dads proud of their kids really (even though my son has taken a hiatus I know he'll soon come out it).
So instead of moans (guilty) lets say something positive about our children because if we cant no-one else will:)
O and all that after she was paid off 2 days ago -wee trouper -she bounces back each time:)
Wouldnt have a bad word said about her but then every Mums the same......
Lets hear some positivity !!!

Sorry -slow typer
DEN -you sound just like me -my 2 (well Jess really ) has to warn me to butt out as I didnt realise I was maternal until I had my first one and even then it was just to see what it would be like (honestly) -I now scare myself with the ferocity i rptect them and they are 21 and 25 and im an embarrassment to them (I am) as I dont see them as adults.I did tonight with Jess though..I dont want so slate her as its unfair but lets say that Jess is the person she is only because she had a mother who didnt take the soft option.....so glad :)Hope your Glen gets sorted -o I would be so tempted and im not even his Mum ...
TB -I relate to you so much -I dont have a relationship with my parents -im not the daughter they wanted -doesnt bother me as ive said before blood isnt always thicker than water. If I knew my Mother as A.N Other -I wouldnt take to her.You have wee TB and thats the best -its the hapiest youve been and im glad you can get by with your parents now :) x
O Karen -thats brilliant honestly -what great insight you have into her personality already - a lot dont see the good they just see pests. That a lovely post -enjoy her-she sounds ace♥x
I feel sad for you dris-and tiggs....for not getting on with your mums. I got on well with mine-but not in the modern sense where we are more like sisters-if you know what I mean. But-I wish she was here to see her grand-daughter.
And dris...I'd say my daughter is way stronger than I am...or,at least that's the side she lets me see.
That is such a shame Dris. After the heartache you've been through I would have thought that your parents would have offered some compassion and been there for you :o(

There wasn't much affection shown in my family Pasta. Little Tiggs is going to get lots of hugs and kisses whether he likes it or not! Lol
