I slightly damaged a neighbours wall over 2 1/2 years ago with my vehicle, I did admit to this at the time but the neighbour said no to worry about it as the damage was slight. Therefore I did nothing else. 2 1/2 years later the neighbour is now demanding that I pay for this damage. what rights does she have or do I have

perhaps they are getting ready to sell and want everything just right. If you did it, i don't see why you shouldn't pay for it now, although i doubt the neighbour can make you pay, if the damage is slight, is it worth falling out with the neighbour about it?
She has 6 years from the date of the damage in which to bring an action against you, and as you damaged the wall she would be successful.

If she does bring an action against you now, you should inform the insurance company that insured your car at the time of the damage.

As the damage is slight I'd be inclined just to get the repairs done.
