Trouble getting Peter Kay tickets?

I received an e-mail via Peter Kay's fan club permitting me to buy tickets at 8:00am today (they don;t go on general sale till 10:00am today) for extra shows that are being put on in London.

My on-line purchase was going smoothly until I got to the "Confirm Payment" screen where you have to verify your Visa card. at that point, the process "froze", which meant I exceeded the "time allowed to complete purchase" that they stipulate. This happened EIGHT TIMES!

I phoned TicketMaster, but all I got was a recorded message pertaining to the "General (10:00am) Sales".

Has anyone else had this problem?

Problem solved!

It was my Internet Explorer! I eventually got on-line using Mozilla Firefox and it worked!
