splitting nails

try taking kelp tablets..give them a few weeks and they will work..they speed hair and nail growth up..also try taking a good multi vitamin..

Try taking Omega 3 capsules, 1200mg.  Just 1 a day will do the trick.  It worked for me.  I have had split and peeling nails for years but after just one month of taking one of these capsules every morning,  my nails are lovely.
