I have a prt time job in pub and recently got a new manager who is a bully. I am worried she finds a reason to sack me. as I have no contract can i do anythin

not really - how long have you worked there. if it's less than a year they can sack you for any reason anyway
If she has the authority to sack the staff then yes she can, if you haven't been employed there for 12 months then she doesn't even tell you why she sacked you.
Maybe you could confront her and ask her why she has a problem with you?
You are also entitled to a written contract so I suggest you ask for that.
If you work in pub which is part of a chain, they should have personnel policies and there would be one bullying and harassment, and what to do about it. It's a legal requirement for you to have a contract of employment.
Is the pub owned by a brewery? If it is, maybe there is someone that is her boss and you can report her. Bullying in the workplace is completely unacceptable and many companies are clamping down on it.
keep a very detailed and accurate account of any bullying you encounter and your perceived reasons for it (don't exaggerate either)- she may just be twit who has a position above her capabilities who will back off once she's found her feet. Effective managers don't need to bully and it may help you to deal with the situation if you look on it from this perspective.
