I've been preparing pumpkins to make pies and have loads of seeds left over - am i right in thinking these could be cooked and eaten? I've washed the seeds twice in warm water and gotten all the flesh off, but they still feel slimy, is that normal?

Thanks!

You will need to let the seeds dry for a period of time-I can't say how long off the top of my head.
Great recipe from Pasta on my thread. I dried mine for about three hours spread out on a plate.
They are very nutritious (and relatively) expensive.
