Anyone know where I can buy a copy of this film? It stars Jerry O 'Connell and was made in 1996. I've looked on ebay and can't find anything - any suggestions?

Try spelling it 'apartment'. I looked on e-bay and saw a VHS copy for under 2 quid.

Yep, you've got it - Joe and the all singing, all dancing, all talking cockroaches. Most people don't like this film and think its childish - but if you have the right sense of humour, you'll laugh till you wet yourself!
