we have just come back from a great holiday in Andalucia. However, I am a bit confused - what is the difference between "boquerones" and "anchoas". Does anyone out there know this, please? Many thanks, Chox.

Many thanks Count A Strong - a little wiser, but possible a bit confused. Anyway, I will see how they differ from other anchovies when I open the tin of "boquerones" during the coming week. Many thanks for sending the link! Cheers, Chox
The boquerones are the little white fish they serve with "aceitunas" or you can get whole, deep fried, "boquerones fritas".
