...What to do?

I'm sleeping over at a friends house on Sunday night and we agreed to do this earlier on in the week. Little did I know my period would arrive yesterday! I think i'm sharing a bed with her too but i will take a sleeping bag but it would still be a bit messy especially because it's heavier when it first starts. And also i'd have to take a pad in my bag etc etc and put the other one in the bin so she might see it? Would be really awkward to tell her and she might not want me to come but obviously wouldn't say that to my face.. should i still go or not?
