Were do I start
I have a Non molestation order on my husband due to his violent behaviour towards me.
Also he is on bail for treating to put a person in danger.
I asked through my solicitor to be able to gain entry to the family home which is jointly owned.
I received a letter from his solicitor saying he was advices not to leave the house even through he is under bale conditions re no indirect or direct contact. Plus the non mol so I took it appoint myself while he was \away from the house visiting our daughter and I new he was with her I went to the house and rang the door bell as he had changed the locks on the house to collect some of my items that he would not give me and only my items and one TV which was jointly owed. I was let in my nephew and he was fine with me. He followed me around the house but did leave me in the bedroom while I was going through paper work which I removed any which was my own. I took nothing of my ex Husbands paper work.
He is now saying that I took money and other items from the house of which I did not.
He called the police on his retune.
I have received a letter from his solicitor saying that the police will be in contact and that he will be taking out an Occupation Order to stop me going into the house.

What could be the out come and will I need a solicitor with me if the police call me in for an interview?

I never applied for an occupation Order on the house as I would not have been safe as he would not have left me alone.

We have a daughter who lives away at collage and he has throw her out 2 times and threaded to do it on a number of occasions. Can I if he applies for the order them ask for it myself under the grounds of him not offering a stable home for our daughter of 18 when she comes home from collage she does not mind who she stays with?

Sorry I don't have an answer about the occupation order (they weren't around when I went through my divorce) but you should be able to access support services. If you have already had dealings with police (as he is on bail etc) then the domestic abuse team should be able to help you, or if you have any domestic abuse support services (womans aid or similar) they will ba able to advise you about all aspects. You could try contacting them via the telephone line or website if you don't have anything local.

best wishes x
