how can I dry my filberts so that we have them to crack at Christmas, do you think it would do to keep them in the airing cupboard so they dry slowly, they have been in the greenhouse till now and the shells are brown and free of the husks, never grown them before so would like to do it right, we had some at a friends house last year but they were rubbery not crisp so dont want to ask them, thanks in advance.
