I understand there will be a timed numeracy and literacy test to establish whether you can work under pressure and to within the timescale allowed.
Apart from this what is different in a second interview compared to the first?
Any tips?
Thanks in advance as i need to go out and will be back later.

what are you interviewing for?
if I was interviewing a shortlist, I would be looking at notes from the previous interview and focussing on your individual strengths and weaknesses. Just go in there, stay calm, look calm and friendly and do your best
well the one where I had 2nd interview the big bosses interviewed me and I also had a small test which they didnt tell me about till then either. They seemed to ask all the same questions too, so try not to say same things or have it scripted too much.
