It sounds like Ghetto Romance by Damage to me, but as I haven't heard the track itself for ages I can't be sure. commercialbreaksandbeats.co.uk are are a good way of finding out the names of tracks used in adverts, and although the Reef one isn't on there at the moment, it might turn up soon so keep a look out on that site.

It does sound a bit like Ghetto Romance and it's similar to I'm A Slave For You as well, but it isn't either of those. I'd like to know too, but as Miss Zippy said, commercialbreaksand beats.co.uk is the place to find out........
